Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective September 2, 2026

Cancel at any time

Cancel from Account → Billing. A normal cancellation prevents the next renewal and keeps Plus active until the end of the paid period. Deleting the account cancels immediately and ends access.

Refund window

Request a refund through Support within seven calendar days of a charge. Verified accidental duplicate charges and charges caused by a technical billing error are eligible for a full refund. Requests required by applicable law are honored regardless of this window.

After the refund window

Subscription time is not prorated after the refund window merely because the account was unused or cancelled late. Exceptional circumstances can still be explained through Support and will be reviewed.

How to request one

Open Support in the Hub or email noahhubofficial@gmail.com and include the username, charge date, amount, and Stripe receipt identifier. Do not send a full card number or password. Approved refunds return through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside the Hub's control.
